After going through three re-births since it started in January 2004, Denver, Colorado-based Beatport offers tracks and full-length albums from the likes of David Guetta, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire and even Barcelona house, minimal, techno, drum ‘n’ bass and electronic groups—all purchased with PayPal or credit card. In 2007, the multi- lingual site launched Beatportal, which provides music fans with current news on the electronic music world, along with music reviews, podcasts, videos, DJ profiles, event listings and more.
