Watching a film at the cinema is always done in complete silence. Although eager to discuss a flick, movie junkies are forced to wait until it’s over — many times forgetting the vital comments that leapt to their minds. This kind of commentary repression leaves the audience with only one option, to confine their movie watching to the home, that is until now. Instead of discouraging talk, Trash Entre Amigos encourages conversation. They have come up with an intense movie theater experience, in which film know-it-alls Señor Ausente, Rubén Lardín, Raúl Minchinela and Nacho Vigalondo comment and hold debates throughout the screenings of off-beat films. Allowing the audience to get involved, TEA is all about freedom of speech. Trash it, love it, just remember to be loud about it.
