PostSecret is an ongoing community art project facilitated by Warren. To participate, members send in their secrets anonymously on postcards. The messages, which are later posted on the group’s blog range from witty, “Bill O’Reilly – the staunch American conservative and TV host, known for his skewed reporting – is sexy (especially when he gets mad)”, to heart breakingly honest “Sometimes I think the reason I can’t lose weight is because I’m scared. If I become thin and discover guys still aren’t attracted to me then I will have nothing to hide behind.” In this hardcover book, the fifth in the series, Warren worked with the American Visionary Art Museum’s All Faiths Beautiful exhibition to present a collection of outrageous and earnest thoughts and feelings about life, death and religion.
