The return of grunge fashion isn´t as easy as it looks.

Grunge is back, but these days it’s not as simple as waking up in yesterday’s threads and heading out on the street. With the neogrunge movement made famous by hot young designers like Alexander Wang, this time around more style and planning are required. Ripped stockings used to be every girl’s worst nightmare, now they are the base element of the new fall look. It’s a style that can come off as elegant with the right layering and balance of scarves, hats and fitted pieces. Delicately hack away at a pair of stockings in the color you fancy and mix with boots and a short skirt. The final look is in the hands of the individual, giving each outfit a special added touch.
