Yes, the weather has warmed, humidity kicked in and it is making it VERY tough to do any work. Lucky for me, I am headed to Costa Brava bliss for a brief escape and much needed R&R. But, for all you filmmakers, producers and distributors out there who want to be a part of the In-Edit. Beefeater festival this year, even though it is in November, you need to light a fire under your bums to make the deadline, June 30th.

The 7th In-Edit.Beefeater International Music Documentary Film Festival will happen from October 29th-Novemer 8th. Per years past, it will be filled with cool, 'insider' documentaries about the mudic industry.

This, the only music documentary film festival in Spain and one of a handful worldwide is finalizing the program, and if you'd like your cinematic bebe to be featured, get it in by June 30th-you've still got the weekend, if you can peel yourself off the sweaty beach lounge chairs and away from the chirinqguito and all those tinto de veranos.

So, if you've got the goods ready to go, be sure to send them a screener before the June 30th, films submitted after that date will not be considered for this year's edition. Email for more info.
