If you happened to catch the Night Slugs takeover at this year’s Sónar by night, chances are you already have tickets for their November show at Razzmatazz. If not, here’s what you need to know: Nightslugs are a label-cum-club night currently releasing London’s most lip-smackingly fresh, challenging and dance floor friendly tunes. The prolific crew are omnipresent on the bass scene, with a show on Rinse FM, regular releases and an international DJing calendar.
On November 5th two of their main players, Egyptrixx and Bok Bok, land in our fair city. Bok Bok will bring a soulful mix of house and techno. Egyptrixx’s live set will take in DJing, on-the-spot productions and some warped live vocals. Expect something ravey, bleepy and loud. Let’s do what we always do and welcome them with open arms and hearty whoops.
