Experience mediation with your eyes wide open. Zanzen meditation,a form of sitting meditation developed by a 13th century Buddhist monk and philosopher, Dr. Zen Master Dogen, takes you through all the steps of meditation with open eyes. Every Friday Dr. Zen Master Dogen offers a free session on  zazen meditation. The session is an hour and a half long, and is split between two sitting meditation sessions, with a walking meditation break in between.
