Just one glance at the acid yellow suit-clad Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra smiling up from the cover of their new album, World Ska Symphony, you know that if you venture out to their upcoming gig at Sala Apolo, you are in for a night of pure, raucous fun. Rising up from the streets of Tokyo, the members of this 10-piece band were the movers and shakers of the underground ska music scene in Japan during the 80s. Now, with a grand total of 14 albums up their fluorescent sleeves, they are a force to be reckoned with on the international stage.
