LA DOLCE VITA
In honor of iconic director Federico Fellini who was born on January 20, 1920, a look at the director’s masterful work is a must. The 1960 film follows Marcello, a playboy journalist in Rome torn between settling down and continuing to breeze through life on a wave of casual sex and celebrity parties.
LA VOCE DELLA LUNA
Fellini’s last work, he referred to it as an “orphan” film because of the drastic change in style and had hoped critics would have received it better. Mocking contemporary culture it stars then little known actor/director, before jumping into the arms of Hollywood celebrities at the ‘99 Oscars, Roberto Benigni.
