The award winning, Washington, DC based artist brings his emotionally charged work to Artevistas. Characterized by blinding, dazzling, frenetic lines of primary colors that violently thrash like cannonballs onto the canvas, each work is very telling. As a child, a landing plane struck Sesow. His arm was severed by a propeller and later amputated by doctors. A self-taught artist, this unique trauma made him paint in a way that causes discomfort as well as inspires people to challenge themselves beyond the normal compass of their responses. Extremely accessible, anyone can interact virtually with Sesow via his website.
