Romeo Castellucci’s trilogy makes its Spanish stage premiere as part of this year’s Grec festival happening July 2nd to August 25th. Based on Dante’s Divine Comedy, the three-part series mixes theater and installations over two locations, Teatre Grec and Teatre Lliure. From the creative and devilish mind of stage director Castellucci, Purgatorio, the second part in the series, takes a look at life in limbo a la David Lynch. Sure to shock everyone to the core, it’ll be the perfect fix for all those deprived Twin Peaks fans out there.
