Gastronomic cultural space Nyamnyam continues with its creative cooking workshop series, Cocinar es un Acto Político (Cooking is a Political Act).
Today’s sesion explores the superfood seaweed, one of our oldest forms of sustenance. Nyamnyam will show us how easy it is to create a seaweed paté as well to incorporate this healthiest of ingredients in soups, salads, rices and other dishes.
